White Tally Ho Playing Cards By Penguin Magic

The first deck review that I will be doing is on the White Tally Ho deck released by Penguin Magic.

This deck comes in both circle back and fan back design. I was pleasantly surprised to find jet black foil on the tuck box of this classic deck. The deck also comes with one blank face card and one double back card for all you magicians out there. The pip and court cards remain true to their original design with no added details or distractions for this iconic brand. Of course, the deck has been printed by the United States Playing Card Company located in Erlanger Kentucky U.S.A. and is limited to only 5000 units.

Stats and vitals:

-Available in Fan & Circle Back
-Inverted Black & White Color Scheme
-Special Limited First-Edition Print Run
-Black Foil Design on the Tuck Box
-Bicycle Stock with Premium Magic Finish
-Traditional Faces, Ace of Spades, and Identical Jokers
-2 Bonus Gaff Cards Included in Each Deck

Final thought:

I must say that after putting the deck through its paces for a little over a month and a half it’s held up great! The paper stock recovers nicely from being bent for all you pop up move junkies as well as the deck still fans nicely. There was one thing I would have liked to see on this limited edition deck. That being a custom seal. I will be definitely putting this deck into not only my personal stock but my collector stock as well. Please feel free to comment below and let me know thoughts on the White Tally Ho deck by Penguin Magic.

Thanks for stopping by

Thank you for stopping by. I must admit that this blog has been in the works for about 7 months. I was first going to dedicate this blog to all things gaff card related.

But after discussing this with some friends and customers, I decided that it could be more than just a niche blog. After all, my business is in the art of gaffing playing cards and decks, so why not try to incorporate every aspect of that. Within this blog, you will find deck reviews, gaffed magic reviews and interviews with the industry leaders in magic/design and production. Lastly, please sign up to our Blog. Why do you ask? Well…. we plan on giving a lot of items away to our followers and especially to those followers who comment on the posts!. SO please sit back and relax, and let’s see what kind of trouble we can get into!
